Specialty Gases

Specialty gases refer to high-purity gases or mixed gases used in specific fields. They have special physical and chemical properties and are key materials for high-tech industries such as semiconductors, medical treatment, energy, and chemicals.

Specialty gases must meet specific purity (such as 5N and above) and functional requirements, covering single gases (such as helium and xenon) and multi-component mixed gases (such as etching gas and doping gas). The classification of specialty gases by use includes electronic gas, standard gas, environmental protection gas, medical gas, welding shielding gas, etc.
